Executive Coaching

For leaders who want to think clearly and lead better

For 14 years, I’ve placed leaders into senior roles and stayed close to what happens next.

The same pattern shows up time and again.

Great people step into bigger roles… and are expected to figure it out alone.

No space to think.
No honest feedback.
No one in their corner.

That gap is where most leaders struggle

Where this typically comes up

Executive 1:1 Coaching

For senior leaders, directors, and C-suite who need a confidential space to think, challenge themselves, and get sharper.

First 90 Days

The most exposed point in any leadership role.

We focus on stakeholder mapping, early decisions, and setting the right tone from the start.

Promotion Readiness

When you’re close to the next level, but not quite seen as it yet.

We close the gap between capability and perception.

Career Transitions

When the role no longer fits, or the next move needs to be right.

Clarity, positioning, and direction, through a recruiter’s lens.

Confidence and Presence

How you show up matters.

We work on internal narrative, presence, and handling pressure without turning you into someone you’re not.

Leadership Teams

When individuals are strong, but the team isn’t aligned.

We focus on the dynamics, not just the surface issues.

Exit and Outplacement

Leaving well matters.

We focus on clarity, reputation, and positioning what comes next properly.

Coaching for Hiring Managers

For clients already working with me on search.

I support the hiring process from brief through to onboarding, so the hire actually works.

How I Coach

I don’t coach from a textbook.

I coach from experience.

From seeing what makes leaders thrive, what quietly derails them, and where the gap sits between how someone is showing up and what the role actually demands.

It’s direct, commercial, and focused.

No scripts. No frameworks for the sake of it. Just structured conversation that moves things forward.

How it works

Coaching engagements typically run over 6 or 12 sessions across 3 to 6 months.

We start with a 45-minute chemistry call.

If it’s not the right fit, I’ll say so.

Confidentiality is absolute.

Every great change starts with a simple question.

What if you didn’t have to figure it out alone?
What if your first 90 days set the tone for the next five years?
What if the thing holding you back wasn’t capability, but how you’re seen?
What if leadership felt less reactive, and more intentional?

Let’s talk it through

If you’re at a point where you need space to think clearly, we can start with a 45-minute conversation.

No pitch. No pressure. Just a straight conversation about what’s going on and whether this would help.
